We may in the future use these details to contact you about community energy actions including surveys to obtain your views and share a newsletter. We are collecting this personal data so that you can be a member, and as a member, access resources relating to community energy actions.

Member records are kept while active, plus 1 year.

Financial records are kept for 6 years for legal compliance.
